mental strength



Tomorrow I will be participating in my first 1/2 marathon. I can't say that I trained properly for it, but I am happy to just go out there and try, no matter if I end up walking half of it. I am a bit scared and anxious but also excited to have done something I never thought I actually would do. This is what life is about. Pushing your limits, challenging yourself and, as they say, life is an endurance race, not a sprint. And that is what I'll take with me tomorrow...
